Well, I’m not sure how many of y’all have heard but the classic film featuring Jack Black is set to come to Broadway at the end of this year. It will be held at the Winter Garden Theatre on Broadway and the buzz about the new musical is taking over my Facebook wall. Of course the same thing happened when the other hit film Bring It On came to Broadway about a year ago.
With the children angle of Matilda, and the rock vibe of Rock of Ages, this show is sure to bring the film back to life. It will star Alex Brightman (Big Fish) to take over Jack Black’s Role.
I mean I’m really excited about this show personally because I loved the film. But who doesn’t LOVE Jack Black!?!?!?
